Covid-19 Update

Appointments

We are still available for appointments as normal. Clients are now allowed inside the clinic but lease be respectful and keep your distance from staff and other clients. This is to reduce the risk of contamination for both clients and staff. ***MASKS ARE NOW MANDATORY WHEN ENTERING THE PRACTICE***

If you are shielding or do not feel comfortable entering the clinic then please call us on arrival to let us know you are here and we will come out and collect your pet. We also have a buzzer on our door if you'd prefer to drop off your pet to us.

Once the appointment is complete we will bring your pet back outside to you.

Flea & Worming Treatments

To help our clients who are self-isolating we will temporarily be offering a home postage service for a small fee. If you'd like us to send your treatments to you please just give us a call.

Prescriptions

Prescriptions are to be ordered over the phone as usual, however please allow 3-4 days before collecting as our supplies and deliveries have also been affected by Covid-19. We recommend giving us a call to check they have arrived before coming down to the clinic.

Payment

Contactless payments have now been increased to £45.00. If your total is more than this then we can take a card payment over the phone. We will still be accepting cash but contactless payment is preffered.
